This project provides two rail services, the KLIA Ekspress and KLIA Transit. The KLIA Ekspress links Kuala Lumpur Sentral with Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) located 57km away. This direct high-speed rail, with a frequency of 15 minutes, comes with the unique airport services of a city check-in service located at Kuala Lumpur Sentral, called the Kuala Lumpur City Air Terminal (KL CAT).
The KLIA Transit acts as a high-speed commuter rail service with a frequency of 30 minutes, stopping at 3 key southern areas of Bandar Tasek Selatan, Putrajaya (Cyberjaya) and Salak Tinggi before reaching KLIA. The network also runs strategically through the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) zone, servicing Malaysia's Multimedia hub.
